Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

All bookings are subject to availability. To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required.

Full payment is due 7 days before the scheduled event date.

Last-minute bookings made within a week of the event must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.

Cancellations made within 48hrs of the event date are not eligible for a refund.

3. Damages:

Clients are responsible for any damages to the backdrop during the rental period.

Minor damage is expected to be reported, and clients may be responsible for repair costs.

4. Delivery and Setup:

Professional delivery and setup services are included in the rental fee.

Clients must provide accurate event details, including venue access and setup requirements, to ensure a smooth delivery process.

We have the right to refuse setup in the event of security concerns.

5. Customization:

Customization options are available for certain backdrops. Additional charges may apply based on the extent of customization.

6. Outdoor Events:

Some backdrops are suitable for outdoor events. Clients should discuss specific requirements with our team for guidance.

A weather policy applies: In case of adverse weather conditions, clients must provide an indoor backup plan or reschedule the event. Refunds due to weather-related cancellations are at the discretion of House of Walls.

7. Breakage/Fix Policy:

House of Walls operates on a “break it, you fix it” policy. While minor damage is generally expected to be reported, significant damages may incur additional charges.

8. Refunds:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14-21 days after the scheduled event date.
